How+We+Work

We invest time in listening closely and dialoguing with our clients – building relationships that develop our contextual knowledge and understanding in order to establish a shared clarity of purpose for design and delivery.

Our facilitative style seeks commitment and involvement – so producing a high degree of participative ownership and subsequent learning. Where appropriate, our interventions invite people to question beliefs and attitudes – thus facilitating lasting change in behaviour.

Our way of working is characterised by a partnership approach to problem solving: creative approaches drawn from current management models and theories, dynamic interventions and experiential learning. The learning experiences we offer are practical and reality based. They are also motivational and innovative, challenging and supportive.

Jeanette Sumler-Hutchinson, from Learning and Development at Teesside University says:

“TBG has always been responsive to our needs and flexible in their style, which comes from their experience both in the workplace and as facilitators. In the current climate you need to know that you are etting value for money and in our experience TBG has always given us that.”
